Parking
Daily exhibitor parking is available and is located on the Green, located opposite the front of the Palace. The postcode is KT8 9BW. This is restricted to one vehicle per stand. Car Park passes will be issued to stand holders by the sales team on Friday 28th August.
Passes
Contractor passes
Anyone working on the site at any time must have the appropriate pass. If you have contractors who will only be on site for the build-up and/or break down, they can collect passes on site once they have completed the online site induction.
Please use the following link complete your SITE INDUCTION.
Contractors will need to provide proof of work at the show before they will be allowed access.
Exhibitor passes
Each stand will be allocated 4 exhibitor access passes.
Please fill in the form here to apply for your exhibitor passes. If you require more than 4 passes, please email your account manager.
You will be sent a confirmation email that can be shown at the gate to allow entry on build up and show open.
All Exhibitors must then collect an exhibitor wristband from the organisers. The wristbands are valid for the duration of the festival.
Penetration of the ground
Penetration of the ground is not permitted.
Public Transport
By car:
The Palace is on the A308 and is well signposted from all major local roads. Drivers should follow the brown tourist attraction road signs: From the M25: take either exit 10 (onto the A307) or exit 12 (onto the A308) From the A3: take the A309. There are 9 disabled parking bays available on site. Parking on site is free for Blue Badge holders.
By train:
The nearest station is Hampton Court. 35 minutes from London Waterloo, trains run every half an hour. Hampton Court is in zone 6. There is no underground station at Hampton Court, the nearest are in Wimbledon and Richmond.
By bus:
From Kingston – 111, 216, 411, 461, 267, 513
From Richmond – R68.
By taxi:
Taxis may drop off at the Palace car park. There is a mini cab firm at Hampton Court Station.
