Nameboards

Nameboards will be printed with the name shown on your booking contract.  Any amendment to this must be requested by emailing forms.hcp@immediate.co.uk no later than 21 days prior to the start of the festival. Companies are not permitted to use any wording other than registered company name or trading name and all nameboard will follow standardised inclusion of capital letters with no use of abbreviations, websites or Ltd.

Noise

Exhibitors must contact the Organisers if they are planning to make use of pre-recorded or live performances. Volume should be kept to a level that does not cause disturbance to other Exhibitors or visitors, a maximum of 80 dBA. Speakers must face inwards towards the stand and must be at least 1.5m apart and the same distance from the perimeter of the stand. 

In cases of dispute, the decision of the Organisers’ is final.  In order to avoid conflicts in demonstrations between neighbouring stands, we ask that exhibitors participating in live demonstrations submit the relevant information on their health & safety declaration accessed via this link.
